Information we collect

When you create an account or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, business contact details, business address, website and social media information, campaign goals and funding preferences. The sign-in service also provides the identifiers needed to recognise your account.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, set up and manage your customer account, plan and deliver agreed advertising services, provide reports, maintain records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Advertising account access

If you become a customer, we may ask for appropriate access to your website, analytics, social media or advertising platforms. The access required will be explained before work begins and should be granted through the platform’s official access controls wherever possible.

Sharing and service providers

GoCardless processes Direct Debit instructions and bank details on its secure hosted pages; AD Fund stores the payment references needed to manage the recurring arrangement, not your bank account details. We may also use trusted providers for website hosting, authentication, communications, analytics and campaign delivery. Information is shared only where reasonably required to provide the service, protect the business or comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, although no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or raise a concern about how it is used. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
